Calia (Seed Contest Entry)

This is my entry for the character creation contest of the great web comic Seed by Julia Philips. Check it out if you don't know it yet! The contest is about designing the fourth council member of the grand city of Anderhan in the Seed universe. I'm not sure if Calia is your typical council member but it was fun designing her.
